General Meeting Fun Day Subscriptions
GENERAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 23rd MARCH 2011, 9.30am
at the PROGRESS RESERVE HALL, FORSTER KEYS
(Entrance is between No 36 & 38 Elizabeth Pde.)
A General Meeting for the members of
the Forster Keys Progress and Ratepayers Association Inc., is to be held on
Wednesday 23rd March 2011 at 9.30 am. The purpose is for the receipt
of correspondence and to be advised
of any general business related to the Association’s activities.
Issues to be discussed will include:
1) Minutes
of the last General Meeting and matters arising
2) Reports
by:
a) The President; the Secretary;
the Treasurer and the Membership Secretary
b) Dad’s Army and Dad’s
Navy
c) Catering and Equipment
3) The
Family Fun Day planned for the weekend of July 10th (John Murrell)
4) Updates
on the Revetment Walls (Don Sheffield)
5) General
Business (Any items of local concern of interest by residents)
The Meeting will be followed by a
presentation from Glenn Handford, general manager Great Lakes Council and
senior Council officers, on “Great Lakes 2030 – Community
Engagement”
The meeting will be
concluded with tea, coffee and scones.
